A Night at Brooklyn Academy of Music
Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater
Join members of WID’s President’s Council on June 5th for a night of dance and celebration at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, with a performance by Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. “An AILEY performance isn’t just dance; it’s a force of nature—a rich sensory experience that embodies all the staggering joy and wistful longing that human movement can elicit.” (Brooklyn Academy of Music website)
Come early (6:30 p.m.) for a networking reception in the BAM Patron’s Lounge, hosted by WID board member Kathleen Burke, and enjoy complimentary drinks. (Please note we will not be serving food, so enjoy a meal ahead of our gathering.)
