Whether you are a young professional or already in the C-Suite, join us for this dynamic and interactive workshop where participants will actively engage in myth-busting, assesses strategies for career advancement, and participate in candid Real Talk conversations led by Analiza Quiroz Wolf, a former U.S. Air Force Captain, Fortune 200 Brand Manager, and CEO of a non-profit, and author of The Myths of Success: A Woman of Color's Guide to Leadership.


This highly interactive workshop is designed to:

About the Speaker



Analiza Quiroz Wolf, MBA, MEd

 

As a former U.S. Air Force Captain, Fortune 200 Brand Manager, and CEO of a non-profit, Analiza has more than 25 years coaching leaders at all levels get the clarity, confidence, and concrete tools to maximize their impact and rise in their careers. She has expertise in strategy, talent, change management, and executive coaching with organizations such as eBay, PayPal, Deloitte, Estee Lauder, Chan-Zuckerberg Foundation, and the federal government. Over the course of her career, Analiza has coached and advised college new hires, social entrepreneurs, non-profit leaders, C-suite leaders, CEOs, and US Air Force Commanders within the U.S. and Asia.

 

Analiza recently published "The Myths of Success: A Woman of Color's Guide to Leadership." Drawing on research-based practices and stories from women leaders of color from her podcast Women of Color Rise, the book empowers women of color to ascend to the C-Suite. Analiza leads an online Women of Color Rise Next Level Leadership Course to support women in building executive presence, influence, confidence, and a strategic career acceleration roadmap.

 

Analiza graduated with her BA and BS from Stanford University, MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and Master of Educational Leadership from the Broad Center (now at Yale).

Analiza is also a graduate of the Stakeholder Leadership Governance Institute, a corporate board training program and hopes to serve on a corporate board.
