More about Caroline:
Caroline Kim Oh is an executive and leadership coach with a focus on BIPOC and women leaders in diverse fields, including social impact, marketing, creativity, entrepreneurship, and technology. Caroline is especially energized by supporting her clients to become confident and high-performing leaders while enjoying the right mix of work-life-fulfillment ratios.
Prior to coaching, Caroline was the President of iMentor, a youth mentoring organization. She led iMentor through a national expansion; growing the budget from under $350,000 to over $10 million and staff from 4 to more than 80 full-time employees. Caroline holds an MPA from NYU and a BA from Cornell University.
